The site located at the rear of Waterloo Road, within the grounds of an existing residential house which benefits from a large rear garden. Situated in a residential area, within easy reach of public transport.

Our proposal was to create an additional three-bedroom residential unit. The proposed design provides generous living space for residents with good daylight and layout. The design will ensure the host residential unit will benefit from rear amenity space without losing the rear garden.

The proposal addresses sustainable design concerns by providing better insulation and efficiency in heating to reduce emissions.
